We’ve Rebranded: Easy Marketing Ltd is Now Cross Border Web Ltd

We are Now Cross Border Web Ltd.

Easy Marketing Ltd is now officially Cross Border Web Ltd.

The old name — “Easy Marketing Ltd” — no longer reflects our mission or who we are.

It felt generic, and at times, even evasive.

Cross Border Web Ltd is a clearer reflection of the work we actually do:

  • Supporting international clients with real SEO growth
  • Building lasting, transparent partnerships
  • Navigating the complexity of the global digital landscape

Why the Change?

We’ve been involved in a legal dispute since November 2024, when we unexpectedly lost our original domain name due to a default judgment — issued because we were not properly notified of the lawsuit and therefore didn’t respond within the required timeframe.

The opposing party had filed a trademark for the simple word “easymarketing”, which we argued is a generic term — both at the time of their filing and continuing to the present. We’ve gathered substantial evidence to support this claim, along with proof that we were never properly served notice.

In response, I personally studied both Trademark Law and Civil Procedure Law to better defend our position. However, the case remains ongoing. On January 15, 2025, our domain name was abruptly taken — without any prior notice — and we lost all access to our email infrastructure overnight.

Algorithms act as impartial judges — evaluating digital footprints and memory. Unlike humans, they aren’t swayed by official errors or fabricated witness statements.

Despite this, we chose not to wait for the lawsuit to end. We’ve never relied on a trademark to build success. Instead, we trust in the integrity of our work and the transparency of the digital world.

Thanks to Google’s fair search algorithm and tools like Ahrefs, our new domain has already regained 17 points in domain authority, even though the content is an exact mirror of the original site.

That recognition gives us confidence. The algorithms have acknowledged what we’ve built — and we’re ready to move forward.
